The Virtual Schools of Shropshire, Staffordshire, Stoke on Trent and Telford & Wrekin are working in partnership with Together for Children to support families with the education and wellbeing of children who have been, or are in the process of, being adopted.

Each partnership local authority has its own virtual school who all aim to support children and young people in care, or who have been in care, so that they can have excellent opportunities to fulfil their potential. The virtual schools also provide advice, information and training on education around previously looked-after children (children who have been adopted) and children who are being supported by a social worker.
